Exposed Fastener Metal Roofing

I had my roof replaced with a standing seam roof from AJ Wells a year ago. I did my research and decided that they were the best company to go with. I waited a year, because I did not want to leave a review, since I did not think I could leave a five star review. I had some concerns come up and while they were addressed, I thought that was not enough to leave a positive review. I have done my research and found out what happens when you pick the wrong roofer. It can be disastrous. My roof looks great, and has withstood major rain storms. I have a 10 year workmanship warranty and 35 finish warranty on the metal from the makers of the metal. My concerns looking back seem like nothing, and I would make the same choice of going with AJ Wells if I could go back and change anything. The price seems like a lot, but I will never have to have another roof put on ever, and considering how many times I would have to put a new shingle roof on my home in my lifetime. It is actually cheaper to go with metal. Durability is proven looking at the damage done with hurricane Laura, of the very fortunate few that had houses still standing with their roofs still attached, a lot of them seemed to be ones with standing seam metal. I am very glad I picked what and who I did.

I am a jack of all trades and grew up with a roofing contractor who did nothing but quality work. I decided to have a metal roof installed on my retirement home and was highly impressed right off when A.J. discussed my roofing options, materials they use and how the work is performed. I went with the metal roof as planned only with this one being a commercial grade roof with no exposed fasteners to ever leak in the future for less than the "other Guys" I received estimates from were willing to install of lesser quality with exposed fasteners. The weather this summer caused delays but once they were able to get the work scheduled they gave me a quality installation and what was promised. AJ Wells Roofing has done an excellent job replacing our roof. Arthur is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for all your roofing needs.

I had several estimates done on my roof and because a shingle roof was no longer in code for my area, I thought since I was going to have to pay more for a different type of roofing system, I chose AJ Wells Roofing. I made a good chose. I went with a medal roof and I could not be more please. From start to finish everyone from crew to office staff were very polite and professional. I was told it would take a full week to complete the job, they would have had it done in less then 5 days except for a rain day. David kept me informed of everything they did and they cleaned up their work area before they left every day. I am very pleased with the results and will definitely refer AJ Wells Roofing to anyone who is looking to have their roof done.

The work crews are courteous and very eager to answer any questions that I have. The quality of their work is superb. The owner, Mr. Wells is also very attentive to any question or need that I have, and he usually responds right away. Overall I am very pleased that I chose them as the one replacing our roof. Numerous neighbors paying compliment of the workmanship placed on the job being done to the house. They said that we set a new higher standard for the neighborhood from the workmanship. And I would highly recommend to anybody who needs to get their roof replaced.

I completed a lot of research on roofing companies, material, etc. Let me tell you something about Wells Roofing company. THEY ARE GREAT. I had the roof done years ago, got a small leak, called them. They were very professional, came out right away and took care of it no charge to us. My neighbor 3 doors down was so impressed He went ahead and had them do his roof too. I would highly recommend this company!!

This company replaced our roof as a result of wind damage. They were very professional and attentive to all our needs. AJ Wells was also very, very concerned for the safety of his workers. They took the time to put up the safety iron barricades around the roof area to work on prior to roof installation. Very impressive ! Workers were also, very polite, hardworking and knowledgeable of the job they were assigned to do (painters, gutter installers, chimney expert installer, etc). We were very happy and satisfied for the high quality of materials and workmanship. This company is highly recommended to anyone. In the beginning, I interviewed 4 top notch companies and Wells stood out -- for quality and value. I'm damn picky and I would never select anyone but Wells in the future. So I suggest making a smart move today by calling A. J. Wells to experience what I experienced. (And by the way, their price quote includes everything -- they do not add a nickel extra for anything.) Phenomenal work and service experience. Professional and friendly. I needed a complete re-roof of an aging roof that had sustained some damage and had been patched a few times. After extensive research and several estimates, this team stood out for their experience and professional knowledge. The focus on details and ability to answer my endless questions about the actual work (thanks David Lopez) confirmed I was dealing with professionals and I was not disappointed by the roofing job. The crews were courteous and professional. Once scheduled all appointments were kept on time and I received call aheads, including contacts by the owner. Cleanup left my property without worries about stepping in roofing nails. AJ Wells did a fantastic job on our roof. From the moment we contacted them, they treated us with respect and made us feel valued. Absolutely great company to do business with!!! I needed to have my roof replaced due to hurricane Irma. After researching multiple roofing companies to replace the roof on my parents home, and meeting a few of them to get a better idea what they provide, we decided to go with AJ Wells. First impressions go a long way and our first impression of the AJ Wells representatives were far better than the rest. Other company reps were very scripted, reminded me of the stereotypical car salesman and looked as if they did not want to be there. On the other hand, AJ Wells were much more attentive to our needs, our conversations felt personal, they were very knowledgeable and presented options which helped us tremendously; options other companies did not. Once we were on their schedule to get work completed, they explained all the details and what to expect. The work was completed as scheduled and both my parents and I are greatly pleased to have selected AJ to do the job.

these guys are awesome. they put a roof on my house five years ago and i couldn't be happier. last week I called to get a roof vent replaced. My roof replacement process showed that I had more damage than expected. Arthur took care of everything - rather than doing cosmetic work while I was not there. I would have never known! He took care of every detail. He answered every question promptly - no matter how many questions I had. In this day where trust is no longer easily given and honesty is not every company's priority, it was so nice to deal with a company whose integrity was never in doubt. On a scale of 1 to 10, Wells is a 12. He completed the job in a timely and professional manner. Excellent work. Had to step into a project started by a another contractor and figured out the puzzle. He completed the job in 2 weeks. His crews are polite and professional. Wouldn't hesitate to use Wells again. HIGHLY recommend him.

I am given AJ Wells Roofing 5 stars, from the top down everyone was professional. I am currently living out of state and they took care of the roof replacement and need repairs in a Top Notch manner with myself not having any worries from start to finish. AJ Wells Roofing would be my first choice if I needed anything done to my roof again.
